Munro apppointed Ipsos Australia CEO

AUSTRALIA — Ipsos has appointed Hamish Munro as CEO for its Australian arm.

Munro joins Ipsos Australia having left TNS in February where he was CEO South East Asia and managing director for Singapore.

Ipsos Asia-Pacific managing director David Richardson said: “Hamish has an excellent track record of addressing the underlying business issues of his clients, which will serve our clients well in the more challenging business environment we see today.”

Munro is based in Sydney and replaces Hugh Amoyal who had been CEO, Ipsos Australia since 2008.
