Market Force launches online panel service

US— Consumer research agency Market Force Information has launched an online panel survey service.

The new service uses Market Force’s panel of 300,000 people who take part in its other mystery shopping and customer feedback activities.

The offering includes sampling, questionnaire design, analytics and reporting, with responses typically delivered within a week, the company said.

The Colorado-based agency works with retailers, restaurants, financial instutitions, entertainment studios and consumer goods manufacturers to understand consumer attitudes, brand awareness and industry trends.
