Zappi hires Gladden to lead shopper pillar

US – Ad testing company Zappi has appointed Keurig Dr Pepper’s Lindsey Gladden as senior product manager, responsible for shopper insights.

Gladden (pictured) has been consumer and innovation insights manager at Keurig Dr Pepper since late 2019, working on Dr Pepper, Crush and Schweppes.

At Zappi, she will lead the company’s efforts to build a shopper insights pillar and design approaches to help clients develop better shopping experiences.

Prior to Keurig Dr Pepper, Gladden held roles within PepsiCo's demand accelerator (DX) shopper insights team, Verizon and Kantar Millward Brown.
