UK – Specialist youth strategy and innovation business All Three Points  has been established by strategist Matt Arnold to help brands understand and engage with the next generation.

Based in south London and operating across the UK and in the US, All Three Points will work with a network of schools, universities, charities and youth organisations to provide brands with structured, scalable access to Generation Alpha and Generation Z audiences.

All Three Points will be led by Matt Arnold, founder and strategy lead, formerly of Big Tent Strategy and Savanta, as well as Denise Hicks as partner and sustainability lead and Marco Rovagnati as partner and technology lead.

The company will work across insight and cultural research, customer closeness programming, brand strategy and positioning, innovation and product design, experiences and service design, and communications and brand storytelling.

Areas of focus include equity and representation, social mobility and tackling underrepresentation, with the agency looking to work with progressive brands and institutions.

The four core beliefs behind the business are that brands are not maximising how they engage with young people, that young people are complex and constantly evolving, that there is value in redefining how brands work with education and youth organisations, and that there is a duty to increase social mobility for young people.

Arnold said: “We’re launching All Three Points because we believe the experience of working with agencies has become flattened: too much focus on data. Not enough on human interaction.

“We want to provide more ways for brands to work with young people, whilst simultaneously crafting learning experiences that grow understanding, confidence and relationship capital. We are facing a crisis when it comes job opportunities for young people and we can – and should – be doing more as an industry to enhance social mobility for the next generation.”
