UK/US – Research data and analytics technology group YouGov has launched its self-serve survey tool YouGov Survey Direct in the UK and US.
Survey Direct is connected to YouGov’s existing panel and allows users to build surveys with granular targeting capabilities, claiming to provide results within an hour.
The tool will help users to target niche audiences as well as ask questions to a nationally representative sample.
The launch follows the recent release of the free insight tools YouGov Profiles Lite and YouGov BrandIndex Lite to allow access to audience profiling and brand measurement data.
Stephan Shakespeare, chief executive and co-founder at YouGov, said: “This means users can get deeper insights into whatever audience they need – whether that’s customers of a particular brand, people with specific attitudes or behaviours, or the population as a whole.”
