YouGov launches AI agent for Profiles

Through the AI-based natural language interface, users will be able to quickly access data from YouGov’s panel.
The tool can surface answers to questions such as ‘Do millennial parents care about sustainability?’ or ‘How do Gen Z women feel about Nike vs. Adidas?’. Responses are based on YouGov survey data on brand perception, media habits, purchasing behaviour and psychographic attitudes.
YouGov Profiles AI Agent is currently available in the US and UK. The company plans to launch it in other Profiles markets in late January 2026.
Joe Razza, chief product officer at YouGov, said the tool “creates the clearest pathway between questions and answers, providing depth and quality of data …. at the speed modern marketing demands”.
Michelle Gelman, chief data officer at YouGov, added that it would mean users can explore “450,000+ genuine data points from real US consumers and 330,000+ from Britons”.
YouGov is the latest insight business to introduce AI agent functionality, with companies developing such tools to access survey data, conduct benchmarking or carry out interviews.
