UK – Water supply and treatment utility company Yorkshire Water has issued a tender for customer research and insights activity.
The tender contains two separate lots. The first is a consultant-led study including the undertaking of customer valuation.
The second lot focuses on a series of market research projects to help inform the company’s 2024 business plan and support general business activity. Yorkshire Water would like to implement an insights framework with a variety of market research agencies.
Donna Hildreth, customer insights manager at Yorkshire Water, said: “We’re looking for companies that can take our insight to the next level through innovation and engagement transformation.”
