Xtremepush acquires Alchemetrics
Dublin-headquartered Xtremepush also has offices in the UK, North America, and Central and Eastern Europe. The company’s platform is used by firms to acquire new customers and communicate with existing ones.
The deal will add cross-channel customer identification and decisioning to Xtremepush’s data platform and increase its headcount to 65.
Alchemetrics, based in Reading with a team in Vilnius, Lithuania, specialises in building customer data platforms.
The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
Tommy Kearns, chief executive and co-founder of Xtremepush, said: “Acquiring Alchemetrics represents a significant step forward for Xtremepush, expanding the range of services we can provide clients. Our aim has always been to offer a single, unified platform for understanding, engagement and decisioning.”
Dave Gurney, chief executive of Alchemetrics, said: “Our long-standing partnership, and shared clients, made this a natural move and will allow us to quickly integrate our services and products at pace.”
