UK – WPP has partnered with customer experience management platform Sprinklr to develop a joint CX offer.
The companies will connect Sprinklr’s artificial intelligence (AI) platform – including customised AI models and generative AI – with WPP’s AI resources.
Through the partnership, the two companies will work together on shared data, analytics, and solution development for joint clients, and WPP teams will receive priority support from Sprinklr. WPP will also participate in Sprinklr’s partner advisory board.
WPP aims to help its teams inform and develop creative content through the new offer, CX Live AI. WPP and Sprinklr are also working with select clients, including The Coca-Cola Company, to offer AI insights on customer engagement.

Sprinklr chief executive and founder Ragy Thomas said: "Integrating Sprinklr’s AI-powered unified-CXM platform with WPP’s AI toolset will help our shared customers adopt the latest AI technologies while ensuring enterprise-grade privacy, security, and governance."
