MEXICO — WPP has agreed to acquire full-service Mexican digital marketing agency, Clarus Digital.
Clarus, whose clients include Telcel, Citi-Banamex, Aeromexico and Sigma Alimentos, is expected to have revenues of MXN$108 million in 2014. It was founded in 2009 and employs 112 people.
The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
