AUSTRALIA — WPP has acquired a majority stake in digital marketing and analytics consultancy Bienalto, based in Sydney, Australia.
Founded in 2005, Bienalto specialises in designing and optimising customer experience and engagement with digital platforms. The company employs 24 people and clients include Suncorp, Colonial First State Global Asset Management, Dan Murphy’s, Bell Direct, Frontline Systems, Flordis, Engineers Australia and the federal and state governments.
Bienalto will sit under WPP’s global digital marketing network Wunderman. In August, the company announced plans to create a joint venture relationship marketing network in Indonesia called PT Wunderman Pamungkas Indonesia.
