Wizer prompts marketers through a series of automated questions allowing its technology to construct a research questionnaire based on its expert systems and research knowledge-base.

When the questionnaire has been constructed and verified by a trained marketing research professional, Wizer’s technology distributes the survey and does the data collection, data analysis and creation of the research report using machine learning technology. It then delivers research results within 48 hours.

Wizer’s technology can research brand equity, consumer behaviour, customer loyalty and satisfaction, new product development, advertising effectiveness, and concept testing in all consumer goods categories.

Bruce Haymes, managing director at Nielsen Ventures, said: “Wizer’s technology addresses the pain point of many marketers in 2016, by helping them get the fast, high quality answers they need using professional consumer research methodology for product development, packaging, marketing, and more.”

Idan Geva, co-founder, vice-president business development and product marketing, Wizer, said: “As a marketing research professional I was tired of hearing clients complain of waiting for months to receive answers to pressing research questions and mainly, the disconnect with most research projects, which fail to provide a broader perspective on the data being researched.”
