Ginai (pictured) is joined on WIRe’s advisory board by Jo Brockhurst, client engagement director at Kantar Insights Australia, Cherie Leonard, head of North America insights at Colgate-Palmolive and Damon Jones, vice-president, community and culture/telephone operations at Burke, Inc.

The advisory board will help guide WIRe’s scope and mission as well as future strategy.

Danielle Todd, Roddy Knowles, Sima Vasa and Marion Elliott will retire as WIRe board members due to the completion of their terms of office.

Before joining Catalyx, Ginai was chief executive at Neuro-Insight in the UK and is currently chair at Colour of Research and a member of the Market Research Society’s diversity and inclusion council.

Brockhurst has worked in research for more than 15 years and has been engaged in WIRe for more than a decade, having launched WIRe events in Australia in 2014, now covering Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

Leonard has held a variety of roles in her career at Colgate-Palmolive, with a focus on cultural influence and evolution, and has prior experience in consumer packaged goods, hospitality and retail.

Jones oversees day-to-day operations in Burke’s telephone research operations and also serves as vice-president, culture and community and chairs the company’s inclusion and diversity strategic team.

Michelle Andre, managing director at WIRe, said: “This year’s additions to the WIRe advisory board are excellent representations of the changing face of WIRe as an organisation and of market research at large.

“Damon, Cherie, Jo and Shazia have been integral to our community and I cannot wait to see how their wisdom and expertise steers us in the months ahead.”
