Which? insight director Mirpuri to join Sky

UK— Sky has appointed Which? Magazine’s Harry Mirpuri as research director within its marketing strategy team, replacing Julian Dobinson who is moving to the new role of insight director for content and media.

Mirpuri (pictured) served as head of insight at Which? Magazine and will join Sky in January where he will report to marketing strategy director Danny Russell and work with the broadcaster’s various insight teams to service wider business requirements.

As well as Which?, Mirpuri has had spells as head of market research at RAC, marketing research consultant at CGU and senior assistant research manager at NatWest Bank.

Russell said: “We are delighted that Harry will joining Sky and his research and analytical skills will be particularly valuable as Sky customers continue to take more products and services from us.

“I have worked with Harry for several years on the council at the Association of Users of Research Agencies and have always been impressed with how he’s driven action from well communicated research findings. It’s a great addition to the team and will help Sky continue to raise the bar in terms of understanding and responding to the needs of customers both now and into the future.”
