Western Wats rolls out French and German panels

US— Fieldwork agency Western Wats has launched online panels in France and Germany as it looks to expand in Europe.

The firm said that it began recruiting panel members in both countries earlier this year and has been “actively” profiling them through a set of more than 250 questions.

Bob Fawson (pictured), vice president of online services at Western Wats, said: “Investment in our German and French panels is part of our commitment to provide researchers with access to European respondents. We are utilising our unique mix of diverse recruiting methods, panellist validation techniques and panelist behaviour monitoring.”

So far Western Wats has signed up 33,000 potential respondents in France and 36,000 in Germany.
