UK – Research technology company Walr has named Emily Whiting as chief of staff.
Whiting (pictured) joins Walr from CBRE, where she led the company’s change management work in the US.
In her new role, Whiting will draw upon her background in technology and consulting, and will work remotely from the US.
Walr has also appointed Keziah Wonstolen as non-executive director.
Wonstolen previously spent 14 years at Accenture, most recently as west sales operations lead, and was founder and chief executive at Vannin Chief of Staff, a firm providing business and chief of staff operations to companies.
The appointments follow Walr’s acquisition of Norwegian technology company QuenchTec last year. Walr runs a bespoke research platform that offers researchers data creation and collection tools.
Lewis Reeves, founder and chief executive at Walr, said: “As we continue to embrace the very best of technology and talent to generate client delight and power our customers success, bringing on board Emily and Keziah represents a huge scoop for Walr.
“The calibre, intelligence and experience they have from such successful organisations will play a pivotal role in aiding Walr to deliver on our ambitious global strategic goals.”
