Data analytics North America

CANADA — Research software provider Voxco has spun off its social media monitoring and analytics tool Acuity4 Social into a separate company.

The new firm, Semeon, is headed by Voxco founder Raymond Cyr and aims to pursue new markets and develop additional functionality for Acuity4 Social, which has been renamed Semeon Analytics.

Cyr said: “The social media analysis solutions are in full expansion mode. By creating a new independent entity, we allow the Semeon team to keep focusing on accelerating the development and commercialisation of the most complete social media analytics platform in the industry.”

Voxco will be a strategic partner of Semeon.
