CANADA – Survey software company Voxco has launched a website customer satisfaction survey tool aimed at businesses.
The service, available free of charge, has been developed to measure customer experience and can be used to collect data on metrics including visitor intent, satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores.
Voxco will aggregate anonymous data from the tool to provide industry benchmarks.
Jonathan Levitt, chief marketing officer, Voxco, said: “We want to give people the ability to understand the ‘why’ behind conversion and supply them with key performance indicators.”
