JAPAN — Insight communities technology provider Vision Critical has teamed up with Dentsu Marketing Insight to offer insight communities in Japan.
Dentsu Marketing Insight, a subsidiary of advertising agency network Dentsu, will be Vision Critical’s first certified partner in Japan and will offer brands and clients ongoing conversations with customers and pull targeted insights that translate into business decisions.
“Insight communities enable companies to seamlessly integrate the voice of the customer into their business decision-making process by conducting both quantitative and qualitative research activities with targeted customers using our highly engaging online customer community platform,” said Shigeru Kishikawa, Vision Critical Japan’s MD. “This innovative approach truly brings a new era of marketing research to Japan.”
