US — Consumer insight software company Vision Critical has released a mobile discussion forum.
The product will offer integrated mobile qualitative and quantitative research options in one feedback gathering tool in real-time.
Vision Critical said the eponymous forum allowed members tocreate new posts, comment, reply, vote on their favorites while moderators can create their forums once for both desktop and mobile users, with no special authoring required.
In a blog post, Vision Critical director of project management Derek Matisz said: “Why ask someone to recall their reasons for making a purchase when you could be asking them at the moment they’re making their decision? Mobile technologies let you conduct surveys in the moment.”
