CANADA— Survey technology firm Vision Critical has built an app that allows users to distribute survey links through the HootSuite social media management dashboard.
Vision Critical says the app provides direct access to its web-based survey creation tool. Once surveys are built and distributed, the app provides users with the means to track the effectiveness of survey recruitment campaigns using HootSuite’s in-built analytics package as well as tracking survey participation results.
The app is available in both free and paid-for versions.
Andrew Reid, Vision Critical’s CEO, said: “Integrating our survey tool with HootSuite means clients can not only enhance the way they engage with their social media networks but also learn from them to make better business decisions.”
