CANADA – Customer relationship intelligence software business Vision Critical has expanded its insight sharing capabilities with the purchase of Toronto-based software company Pressly.
Pressly’s platform helps with curation and distribution of content and the addition of this technology means Vision Critical can give its customers a solution so they can more easily organise, present and share insight, with stakeholders and community members.
Scott Miller (pictured), CEO of Vision Critical, said: "The market research model doesn't work anymore unless organisations can demonstrate to their customers that there is real value in participating. With Pressly’s technology, our customers will be able to effortlessly deliver engaging intelligence back to their community members, to demonstrate their members’ influence on the company’s decisions and to build stronger customer relationships."
The value of acquisition was not disclosed.
