Murphy (pictured) has served on the company’s advisory board for a number of years.

In his new role he will lead the company’s engagement with the market research community, focusing on product strategy, innovation and relationship guidance.

“Within the market research industry, fair exchange between the researcher and the respondent is of utmost importance — we need to work to engage and reward in a manner equal to the value of our respondents’ time and opinions,” said Murphy.
