US — Business insights provider uSamp has appointed Alan Gould as chief executive officer.
Gould founded IAG Research in 2000 and served as its co-CEO until Nielsen acquired the company for $250m. Following the merger, Gould created and served as CEO of Advertiser Solutions, a business unit of the Nielsen Company.
USamp co-founder Matt Dusig – who will continue to operate the company’s core sampling business with Gregg Lavin – said: “We are excited to welcome Alan to his new role as CEO. He is an industry leading product innovator for marketing data and analytics, with a history of successfully starting and leading companies to sustained growth. We are certain he will bring great energy and leadership to our already strong team.”
