Upinion integrates with Facebook Messenger
The new feature builds on the firm’s messenger app, introduced earlier this year, which allows companies to ask their customers questions and receive conversational responses through the chat medium.
Clients using the platform will now be able to conduct surveys through Facebook Messenger with visitors to their Facebook pages.
Mo Ouass, co-founder of Upinion, said: “There are more than 1.2 billion users on Facebook Messenger. We saw this as an opportunity to help our clients engage with their respondents in their natural social habitat to find ongoing insights for everyday decision-making.”
