UK – Strategic insights consultancy Truth has made a raft of promotions, with several staff joining the company’s senior team.
The company has promoted Catherine Anstead, Victor Reynoso and Kate Stratton (pictured, left to right) to directors.
The three will lead client accounts, with a remit to expand Truth’s offer and build value for partners.
During her three years at Truth, Anstead has focused on fostering client relationships in toy development and beauty innovation.
Reynoso, who has spent three years at the company, has been involved in its introduction of new research methodologies, including AI tools for data analysis.
Stratton joined Truth three years ago and has worked with clients in various sectors. She takes on the additional responsibility of leading the behaviour and culture team.
Anstead, Reynoso and Stratton join Truth’s senior team following their promotions.

The company has also promoted Tom Sweeney and Taiye Akin-Akinyosoye to senior consultants.
