TrendSource debuts mobile survey app

US— Market research and mystery shopping agency TrendSource has launched an interactive mobile survey app called “wINput” for Apple and Android users.

The tool was designed to collect information from consumers in a “fun, interactive way” and allows them to upload photos for location surveys, share instant feedback with other users and gain access to available surveys nearby.

Jana De Anda, VP of sales and marketing at TrendSource, said: “wINput allows us to engage with real customers to develop comparisons and standards in target industries. Long-term, this will allow us to support clients in strategy development based on knowledge of trends in their industries.”

The firm introduced the tool to its pool of mystery shoppers last month, where it claims to have received “great” reviews.
