Tomlins joins Firefish
Tomlins joins from Seren design agency where she was a design strategist, conducting ethnographic research and design workshops to build creative briefs for design teams. Prior to Seren, Tomlins was the head of GfK’s qualitative technology team for eight years, providing insight and strategy to global brands such as HP, Orange and Motorola.
