Morgans, Dreicon, Claypoole and Milet will drive sales and revenue growth in their respective regions and oversee the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies.

The company has promoted Michael Dawson to managing director, market research and consultancy. Dawson has held various roles since joining Toluna in 2009, most recently executive vice-president of business and corporate development. In his role, he will be responsible for the global management of agency accounts.

Michelle de Montigny has been appointed executive vice president of global key accounts. De Montigny held the same role at MetrixLab since 2020. She will oversee the management and performance of Toluna’s top 24 global enterprise accounts.

Paul Hambly has been promoted to head of supply. Hambly joined Toluna in 2008 and has held various roles within the organisation. He will oversee the company’s global supply ecosystem.

Additionally, Don Golden will continue as head of Precision Sample, the online, mobile, and social panel business that was part of MetrixLab. He has been chief executive of Precision Sample since 2010.

Hambly and Golden will report to Frédéric-Charles Petit, chief executive at Toluna (pictured).

The appointments follow Toluna's reshuffling of its executive team in the wake of the MetrixLab acquisition.

Petit said: “I’m very excited to announce the appointment of our regional managing directors and key leaders for the combined organisation. Their leadership and expertise will prove critical in bringing together two companies with such complementary strengths, and I look forward to working alongside them to provide clients with on-demand access to platform, panel, and experts to grow their brand and business.”
