UK – TNS is aiming to beef up its innovation credentials with the creation of an Innovation Hub and Innovation Board, as it looks to become a "future-focused" research agency.
The Innovation Hub will bring together research specialists, data scientists and technology experts with a remit to develop new research methodologies across all forms of survey, social, search and passive data.
Phil Sutcliffe (pictured), director of offer and innovation, will oversee both the Innovation Hub and the Innovation Board, reporting to Will Galgey, CEO of TNS UK.
Sutcliffe said: “As a large global player, TNS is able to invest in and leverage the technologies and data assets that are set to transform our industry over the coming years. Our Innovation Hub and Board will ensure that we can quickly develop and roll out new solutions for the benefit of our clients."
