US – Media measurement specialist VideoAmp has appointed Sharon Lee as executive vice-president, general counsel.
Lee’s promotion after four years as legal counsel at VideoAmp comes as the company makes two other senior appointments, and as the business sees strong growth in demand for its measurement solutions.
Claudia-Celine Schachter has been named executive vice-president of finance and people, and Melva Goffney Benoit is now vice-president of content sports and sales.
Lee will oversee VideoAmp’s legal and privacy affairs, focusing on the company’s legal strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance.
Schachter will head VideoAmp’s financial strategy and workplace culture initiatives, and Goffney Benoit will focus on VideoAmp’s content and sports strategy, emphasising cross-platform measurement and revenue growth within the linear TV network ecosystem as well as sports verticals such as NBA, NFL and NHL.
Paul Ross, chief financial officer, VideoAmp, said: “Sharon, Claudia and Melva bring a wealth of experience and a profound understanding of VideoAmp’s core business and strategic vision to their new leadership roles.
“Their new roles highlight not only their vast expertise and dedication but also their proven leadership, making them invaluable assets as we drive VideoAmp’s continued growth.”
