In her new position, Denike will be co-located in Three client offices, serving as a bridge between the agency and client teams and helping to facilitate communication throughout projects. She has served as a research analyst for consultancies including Mondial Assistance and Directions Research in the past.

Three co-founder Chad Hazen said: “Juli’s unique blend of agency and clientside experience, as well as a prior onsite assignment, made her uniquely suited for her new role with Three. Her skillset will enable us to better meet our clients’ needs.”

Three, based in Saratoga Springs, New York, is a four-year-old consultancy, which now includes nearly 20 employees in offices based in four markets. It recently hired Adam Turner as its senior vice president of advanced analytics.
