ThisThat makes senior hires
Percival (pictured) was research manager at Channel 4 prior to joining ThisThat, and has also held roles at Twitter and Dentsu, with a focus on social and application of brand lift insights. At ThisThat, Percival will lead the global delivery team, bolstering client experience.
In other senior appointments, Gayathri Nagarajan has joined ThisThat as business development director, while Ella Taylor takes up the role of associate director of client strategy.
Nagarajan was most recently global consumer insights lead at Unilever, specialising in influencer marketing, PR and social media measurement. Her career includes roles at software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies Tubular Labs and Traackr.
Taylor takes up a new role within the business, transitioning from the delivery team. Her remit is to ensure that the company’s client base derives maximum value from its services.
ThisThat has grown its headcount from 10 to 24 in the first six months of 2024. The expansion of the team follows investment from several funders, announced earlier in the year.
Max Osborne, founder, ThisThat, said: “Levelling up our team and doubling our headcount in such a short period showcases the strength and momentum of our business and its people. We are committed to building a diverse and talented team to support our continued success.”
