US — Hispanic research specialist ThinkNow Research has appointed David Milam as its client services director, with immediate effect. He joins from Mediamark Research and Intelligence where he was client services manager, west coast.
Milam (pictured) is a former senior analyst from Warner Brothers’ media research division. In his new role, he will work directly with key clients and be responsible for managing their research projects from beginning to end.
He reports to ThinkNow co-founder, Roy Kokoyachuk, who said: “As we continue to experience exceptional year-over-year growth, it’s critical that we maintain and enhance the level of client service and support on which we’ve built our reputation. The expansion of our team with seasoned professionals like David Milam helps us to do that.”
