UK – Kids, teens and family insights agency The Insights Family has expanded its operations in London and New York.
The Manchester-headquartered business has appointed Joe Timson as executive vice-president of revenue and Greg Dagger as vice-president of customer success, both based in London.
Timson, whose prior experience includes GWI, Zappi and MediaProbe, will lead the company’s sales, customer success, and partnerships teams.
Dagger joins The Insights Family from YouGov, where he led the client team.
In New York, the company has appointed Ryan McGilvray and Grace Forrest, formerly of Brandwatch. Carolyn Goletz (formerly of GWI) and Christie Crossman (formerly of Forrester) have also joined the New York team.
Discussing the hires of McGilvray, Forrest, Goletz and Crossman, Timson said: “Their expertise will enable us to better serve our US customers locally and fully capitalise on the incredible potential the North American market represents.”
The appointments follow a £5.6m investment secured in a funding round led by BGF at the start of this year. The Insights Family’s clients include Hasbro, PBS, Viacom and Warner Bros. Discovery.
Tom Williams, chief executive, The Insights Family, said: “Our decision to establish teams in London and New York stems from our commitment to better serve the US and UK markets, seize on emerging opportunities, and strengthen our relationships with existing clients.
“As we strengthen our presence in key hubs like London and New York, we are positioned to not only enhance our services but also deepen our connections within the industry.”
