UK – Software development firm The Green Room has launched a digital market research company, The Green Room – Insights.
The company’s platform will host a variety of research methodologies and techniques and will focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Tools available through the platform include quantitative and qualitative surveys, auto-translation and multiroom chat.
The Green Room allows users to move between methods of communication and use different collaboration tools on a single platform.
It was founded by Neil Rees (pictured), former head of research at Open Health Patient and Brand Communications, and Bruce Ritchie, who has a background in healthcare and pharmaceutical brands and communications. Ritchie and Rees are joint managing directors of The Green Room.
The company is planning on using The Green Room platform in other areas such as medical communications, advertising, strategic consultancy and training.
Rees said: “There has been an increasing transition to the use of digital tools to enhance stakeholder engagement in pharmaceutical market research, that has only been further accelerated by Covid-19.
“The Green Room – Insights is designed with the needs of the pharmaceutical market research industry at its core.”
