The Futures Company appoints Lloyd Burdett head of US consulting

US— Trends consultancy The Futures Company has moved Lloyd Burdett to its New York office and given him the newly created role of head of consulting for the US.

Burdett (pictured) has been with the company for eight years and served in a number of roles, including leading the firm’s global trends and futures practice.

Earlier in his career at the firm, Burdett was based in New York for two years and was responsible for leading the global insight and futures consulting team. He served as a director at Henley Centre HeadlightVision, which became part of the Futures Company in 2008 when it merged with Yankelovich.

Burdett also had a spell with the UK’s Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) where he worked as head of management content and delivery.
