Silvia Siladi (pictured right), Elle Kindler (pictured left) and Lily Spencer (pictured centre) will oversee three of Tapestry’s four divisions, specialising in streaming and gaming, health and wellness and data analytics, respectively.

Siladi and Spencer both came through Tapestry’s graduate scheme, while Kindler started her career at Hall & Partners before joining Tapestry a few years ago.

Tapestry is a London-headquartered market research agency that is part of California-based market research and data analytics firm Screen Engine/ASI.

Ian Wright, joint managing director at Tapestry, said: “As an agency we believe in spotting talent early and helping to nurture it. I’m absolutely thrilled to see Silvia, Lily and Elle take this next step in their careers.

“They each play an invaluable role in the running of the company and I welcome their closer involvement in shaping the future direction of Tapestry.”
