Synovate moves Miller to CEO of North America business
Miller (pictured) was most recently managing director of global client relationships and has previously served as CEO of the Synovate Motoresearch automotive division.
He began his research career with Saturn Corporation before moving to Motoresearch, which was acquired by Synovate (then Aegis Research) in 2000. His career spans 22 years and he has conducted and overseen projects in more than 40 countries during that time.
Synovate’s global CEO Robert Philpott said: “I’m very pleased to appoint Scott Miller as CEO for North America. He’s been responsible for driving our business with many of our top clients in North America and across the globe, and has played a key role in getting our business back on track over the last several months.”
Former CEO Robert Skolnick has been given a new role as president of industry sectors in North America. He has also been tasked with assessing global acquisition opportunities for Synovate.
Philpott told Research in an exclusive interview last month that the firm would be looking to strengthen its position in China, France and Germany, as well as in Latin America and Africa.
