Sympler rebrands to emphasise ‘humanity’ in research
Established in 2018, the company offers insight services for brands, using ethnographic techniques and chat-based research methods in direct messaging environments including Facebook Messenger.
The company said its new name reflected a commitment to ‘keeping humanity at the heart of understanding human behaviour’ at a time shaped by AI and algorithms.
Alongside the new name, Okay Human has launched a new website and visual identity (screengrab pictured).
Co-founder Alexander Kane said: “We believe the most powerful insights come not from data alone, but from the messy, imaginative, emotional truth of being human. That’s what we’re here to protect and celebrate.”
