US – New York-based qualitative research platform Sympler has partnered with communications agency Luquire to provide consumer insights to its clients.
Founded in 2018, Sympler employs conversational technology in the direct messaging environments of Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger to conduct qualitative research.
Charlotte-headquartered Luquire will use insights surfaced by Sympler to inform ideas for its clients, which include First Citizens Bank and Visit North Carolina.
Luquire president Stephanie Spicer said: “Sympler’s methodology provides our clients with rich, unexpected insights in record time.”
Alexander Kane, co-founder of Sympler, said: “Luquire’s attitude and creativity aligns with our mission to go beyond surface-level answers, revealing a truer understanding of consumers’ beliefs and motivations.”
