Sympler chosen for Luquire insight solutions
Founded in 2018, Sympler employs conversational technology in the direct messaging environments of Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger to conduct qualitative research.
Charlotte-headquartered Luquire will use insights surfaced by Sympler to inform ideas for its clients, which include First Citizens Bank and Visit North Carolina.
