US – Customer experience and survey feedback firm SurveyMonkey has launched a partner integration platform, with more than 100 companies signed up to participate.
The company said that SurveyMonkey Technology Ecosystem Program (STEP) would help companies build, release and scale SurveyMonkey integrations, and would be supported by SurveyMonkey in the process.
SurveyMonkey allows organisations to collaborate on insights uncovered using the platform, which it said includes enterprise-grade security features and compliance with various industry standards.
Firms that have signed up include Salesforce, Microsoft, MailChimp, Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshworks, Constant Contact and Gainsight.
Tom Hale, president of SurveyMonkey, said: “Having the right strategy and tools in place to collect and act on critical feedback from the community, your employees and your customers is a fundamental part of every successful business.
“The resources and opportunities provided by STEP will make SurveyMonkey an even more invaluable part of every company’s modern tech ecosystem.”
