UK/US – Market research and survey software firm SurveyMonkey has established a customer experience (CX) platform.
GetFeedback helps organisations set up CX programmes, and SurveyMonkey claims the platform will help complete this process within days.
The platform allows customers to collect feedback across a range of digital channels, and also operational data from customer relationship management service software firm Salesforce.
An agile experience tool on GetFeedback will also bring together CX data and customer attributes, and allow it to be integrated with other apps, such as Slack, Salesforce or Jira.
SurveyMonkey acquired customer experience management company GetFeedback last year for approximately $68m.
Craig Shull, senior vice president and general manager of the GetFeedback platform at SurveyMonkey, said: “The world is changing rapidly and CX needs are changing with it.
“Nearly 100% of executives we’ve surveyed say it is ‘extremely important’ or ‘important’ that their business obtain feedback from their customers quickly.”
