SurveyMonkey launches AI features
The AI Analysis Suite brings together new and existing AI capabilities, with new features including the ability to interact with surveys using a chat-based analysis feature that provides insights, data segmentation and explains results.
Other new features include the ability to automatically identify and categorise open-ended text responses into key themes.
The suite also includes existing features like sentiment analysis and response quality, with the full AI Analysis Suite available to all users on advantage-tier plans and higher.
The launch also includes a new toolkit for creating surveys and forms that allows users to use an AI ‘paste and create’ tool to turn survey questions into a structured questionnaire draft.
In addition, the toolkit includes a feature allowing users to create and customise branded “themes” for surveys and forms, such as adding logos, colours and images.
Meera Vaidyanathan, chief product officer at SurveyMonkey, said: “SurveyMonkey has always been in the business of capturing real human sentiment and turning it into action. AI now lets us do this faster and smarter.”
