SurveyMonkey acquires web form creator Wufoo

US— DIY research firm SurveyMonkey has acquired Infinity Box, the makers of Wufoo – an application that allows users to create online surveys, contact forms and registrations without the need for specially written code

SurveyMonkey CEO Dave Goldberg (pictured) said: “Wufoo is the market leader in online form creation and a perfect fit for SurveyMonkey. From the product and business model, to the team and culture, we are absolutely delighted to welcome the company into the SurveyMonkey family and look forward to increasing the reach and scale of an already outstanding product through our platform.”

The entire Wufoo team have relocated to SurveyMonkey’s headquarters as part of the deal.
