SWEDEN – Software-as-a-service company Stravito has launched a generative AI-based conversational search engine for its enterprise insight management platform.
The tool, ‘Stravito Assistant’, allows users of the software to access information more quickly and ask more tailored questions through a conversational interface.
It builds on the company’s first generative AI tool, which allowed employees of organisations to ask a question and get an answer based on the company’s research housed in the platform. Now, the system will prompt users to ask follow-up and clarifying questions.
Stravito has developed the technology after working with enterprise customers. Heineken is one of the customers to have used the tool to date.
Thor Olof Philogène, founder and chief executive, Stravito (pictured), said: “Early uses of generative AI for insights have shown us that getting the best results requires asking the right questions and receiving summarised answers based on contextualised, easily provable data.
“By making Stravito Assistant more conversational and context-aware, we’ve ensured users can easily navigate a knowledge space and reduce time-to-insight in a secure and transparent way.”
Stravito was recently recertified for the updated ISO/IEC 27001 standard for information security.
