US — Social media management firm Sprinklr has announced that it has acquired social and brand analytics specialist Dachis Group.
According to Sprinklr’s press release, the acquisition creates an “end-to-end social relationship platform”. Dachis Group’s social analytics and optimisation technology will be integrated into Sprinklr’s existing platform, and Dachis’s social consulting practice will also be added to Sprinklr’s services enablement practice.
“Our clients are frustrated with having to play the role of system integrator to cobble together multiple point solutions or waiting for innovation from large providers” said Sprinklr founder and CEO, Ragy Thomas (pictured).
“Brands are looking for one infrastructure to manage end-to-end social experiences. The addition of Dachis Group’s technology accelerates our product by at least 12 months.”
