Spring Research and Tuned In merge to form Tonic Insight

UK — Qual agency Spring Research is merging with online communities specialist Tuned In to form a new business called Tonic Insight.

Steve Phillips, the CEO of Spring and a partner in Tuned In, becomes CEO of the merged company, with Nick Priestley as global MD.

Phillips said Tonic would focus on delivering “agile research”. “We are seeing clients’ worlds changing,” he said. “The pace and structure of business is becoming more instant and iterative. So clients need more agile insight companions.”

Tonic has offices in London and New York. It is online at tonicinsight.com.
