UK — Business intelligence specialist SPA Future Thinking has launched a new financial services practice headed by research director Annabelle Truscott.
The agency has created the division to formalise its work in this area and provide dedicated strategic insight to this sector.
It will specialise in brand tracking and benchmarking, marcomms evaluation, retail development and online customer experience, new product innovation and sales forecasting and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
Truscott will head the team of 10.
