UK— Online research agency Tpoll has appointed SPA’s executive chairman Jon Priest as a non-executive director.
Priest, who co-founded SPA, will work with Tpoll CEO Mark Ursell and provide guidance on various issues such as company strategy and performance.
Commenting on his appointment, Priest said: “Following the management changes in 2008, Tpoll is currently in a strong growth position as it boasts an impressive technology platform that has been developed in-house, alongside a team of market research professionals which enables it to deliver truly bespoke online research solutions. With a growing customer base of well-known brands and market research agencies, it is an exciting time.”
Ursell and Michael Donovan bought Tpoll and sister company Stimulating World from parent group Interactive Prospect Targeting (IPT) in November 2008. The companies have since demerged, leaving Ursell as the owner of Tpoll.
